What are your opening hours?

Our typical opening hours are:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 – 17:00 Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes, we can arrange delivery across the UK for most products. Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the item and location. Speak to our Parts team to discuss options for local and nationwide delivery options.

Do you sell both new and used machinery?

Yes, we offer a selection of new and used equipment. Our used stock changes regularly, so visit our Used Machinery page for current availability.

Do you allow trade ins?

Yes, we evaluate each deal on an individual basis and subject to machine age and condition we may be able to offer you some money off your new machine by trading in your old machine.

Can I get advice on choosing the right equipment?

Do you offer servicing and repairs?

How do I book a service or repair?

You can book a service by calling us or filling out the form on our Servicing & Repairs page.

Do you provide service and maintenance contracts?

We offer maintenance contracts alongside the Machinery sale to help you manage your cash flow. Your machine will be protected under warranty with dedicated service contracts and it will hold its residual value much better. Our expert advisers will be able to assist you.

Do you offer on-site repairs?

We have a fully equipped workshop, but in some cases, we can arrange on-site servicing or repairs – contact us for details.

Will you repair my machine if I didn’t buy it from you?

We will investigate the machinery for damage and recommend accordingly. We may be able to repair it ourselves or we may suggest that you check with the original supplier if the machine is under warranty.

Do you provide quotes and estimates for repairs?

Our professionally trained technicians will investigate the damage and provide you with an estimate cost of repair before we go ahead with any work. We will also keep you updated with any findings during the repair so you aren’t left with any nasty surprises.

What Parts do you stock?

As dedicated main suppliers for the leading brands we stock over £250k worth of genuine parts. We will likely have the part you require in stock but if we don’t we will be able to utilise our partner network to source a part for you in a timely manner.

Do you stock accessories like oils, lubricants, and safety gear?

Do you offer finance options for machinery purchases?
