Why commission a painting?
A commission starts with you. The room, the colours, the feeling you want to wake up to every morning. No gallery can offer that. It's made for your walls, your light, your life.
Some clients come with a clear idea. Others bring something harder to name, a colour, a memory, a painting they saw once and can't forget. All of it is a starting point.
How it works

Get in touch
Send Heather a message through the contact form or WhatsApp. Tell her about the space - its size, light, colour palette, and the mood you're after. Share any references you love. There are no wrong answers and no pressure.

Collaborate
Heather will come back to you with thoughts, questions and suggestions. Once you're happy with the direction, a deposit of 50% of the agreed price secures your commission and work begins. You'll receive progress updates throughout.

Receive your painting
When complete, your painting is carefully packaged and delivered. It arrives with a signed certificate of authenticity and full provenance documentation - and Heather's genuine hope that it brings you as much joy as it brought her to paint.
