If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may request to return it to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. Once Goods are used, not in their original packaging, damaged or missing any parts or attachments, they can not be considered for exchange or refund. We are unable to accept returned batteries, chargers or electric items for exchange or refund. When returning any item please quote your original order number or invoice number in the return. The below policy will apply under appropriate circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights (Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014).
If you wish to return an item the following must apply:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery of any item that you wish to return back to us.
- Requests for the return item must be made in writing, call or email.
- You have the right to cancel any order. The cancellation period begins from the day on which the contract for the supply of goods is concluded (the day of purchase). The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 14 days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods.
- Goods must be returned to us complete, as new, unused and in the original packaging to receive a full refund (excluding shipping and carriage).
- Goods can not be returned to us if they have been opened, broken or if the original packaging is not intact.
- Any items ordered incorrectly by the buyer that need to be returned will incur a 20% restocking charge.
- The consumer is liable to cover all costs for the return of goods to us.
- Upon return if the goods are damaged due to customer misuse, we will not accept the return and no refund will apply.
Exchanges (For Faulty Items)
All goods are checked by professionally trained technicians and installers before delivery however on occasion items may get damaged in transit. Please check goods before signing your handover documents and do not accept delivery if there is any damage, failure to do so may
result in subsequent claims for damaged goods being rejected. Once signed this is accepted as proof of delivery, confirming goods have arrived safely with no damage.
To request an exchange please send us an email with your invoice number and the nature of the fault, including images or a short video to demonstrate the issue. Once we can objectively confirm the damage/ fault we will then be in touch with instructions of how to proceed including how to return the item to us.
Once we are in receipt of faulty/damaged items we will dispatch the replacement as soon as possible to the same UK delivery address with no additional postage charge. Where possible we will endeavour to deliver the replacement to you with full installation if you are within our local area 50 mile radius.
Refunds & Warranty
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Subject to confirmation in writing by ourselves approving, the refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that this may take longer than 3 business days on occasion depending on the policies of the banks that are being used.
Most of our machinery comes with manufacturers warranty (some offer extended warranty), please refer to the specific product page or the product manual for details about the warranty coverage.
